Key Responsibilities
Providing guidance and support to our team members on HR-related matters such as benefits, compensation, performance management, and employee relations
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Providing training and development opportunities for our team members
Managing employee data and maintaining accurate records
Collaborating with management to identify and address HR issues
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an HR role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Familiarity with HR software and tools
