Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals
Managing a team of writers and editors to produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that content supports overall marketing efforts
Analyzing metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and making data-driven decisions to improve performance
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that content is fresh, relevant, and effective
Requirements
3+ years of experience in content creation and management
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools
Strong project management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
